When the earth born at that time only one science was there “AYURVEDA” Than after day by day the other medical science is developed. All these medical science serve some good things to “HUMAN MANKIND”.

But ! Due to a changing of time we people also can change in our food & also we can living a different life style. Along with all these factors the main important thing is the we people can also takes changing in our thoughts. Due to this we can loss everything in our life.

“SRI AURBINDO” Write a sententious in “THE MOTHER” Book. He writes that “THE THREE FORCES – POWER, WEALTH SEX THAT HAVE THE SIRONGEST ATTRACTION FOR THE HUMAN EGO” & the Asura & are most generally misheld  & misused by those who retain them & for that the war were played on the earth. For that our history is witness. In present time over dose of medicine should be harmful to mankind & the future will show us its result.

Medical science can be increase our life by medicine, but its not good for human being & at present era how many peoples are healthy in this time ?

In “HARITA SAMHITA” ACHARYA “HARITA” says.

Acc. to the above shloka exercise & controlled diet are the two Ashwinikumaras on earth; Among them two Ashwinikumara one was physician & the other was the surgeon. Who took care of the gods in heaven. In this slogan (1) PARISHRAM means labour & (2) MITAHAR means (Measured fulifill diet).

Now we can divide the labour in to mainly two parts

  1. Physical Labour
  2. Mental Labour
    Physical labour means doing exercise like Walking, Asana, Running, Rope jumping, Pranayama & best exercise for human body is “SURYA NAMASKAR”

    Mental labour means one should do a MEDITATION in between two “EYEBROWS” (OVER AGNA CHAKRA) OR In the middle of the heart with Conciousnessly, Devotation etc…

Here MITAHAR means not western diet chart but the diet which can be fulfilled with “SHADRASA YUKTA” (MADHUR, AMLA, LAVANA, KATU, TIKTA, KASHAYA)  should be needed for our good health.

In Ayurveda there is a good shloka for a healthy man.

A person how can living a good & healthy life. It means a person whose three DOSHA (VATA, PITTA & KAPHA), seven DHATUS (RASA, RAKTA, MAMSA, MEDA, ASTHI, MAJJA, SUKRA) & THREE MALA [MUTRA, SWEDA, SAKRUTA (STOOL)], Whose digestive power means (JATHARAGNI) also be stable even though the person whose ATMA (SOUL) & 11 INDRIYAS are also stable that person can be considered as healthy. Ayurveda also beleives in PSYCHOLOGY. OUR “SHRIMAD BHAGAWAD GEETA” also says in the 1st ADHYAY. of 28, 29 & 30 Pera. ARJUN VISHAD the 2nd ADHYAY the good advice also given in 55 to 72 pera for comes out from the depretion.

Why diseases can attack upon us ? “THE MOTHER” (Pondichery) gives its good answers. She says that in her “HEALTH & HEALING IN YOGA” book.

“THERE IS A IMBALANCE OF PHYSICAL, MENTAL & VITAL POWER THAN DISEASES ATTACKS UPON YOU”. Now a days we people can live our life style in following 3 ways.

HOME TO HOTEL, HOTEL TO HOSPITAL & HOSPITAL TO HEAVEN and the main three “C” are very harmful to human mankind. These three “C” are (1) Cardiac Failure (2) Cancer (3) Car Accident Other diseases are also increasing in our society just like Diabetes, IBS, T.B., Skin diseases, Libido, Depretion, INFERTILITY, P.C.O.S. Low Immunization.

The advertisement which comes in Television it is too much harmful for a manking. Because by seeing advertise our thinking & most important thing is that we people leaving our Indian Culcture. It is harmful to our children also.

 

HOW TO LIVE A WHOLESOME LIFE

  1. Everyday getup before sunrise & drinks water from copper vessel up to 2 to 3 glasses because copper is good Antipoisonous.
  2. Going for a morning & night walk up to 1 to 2 kms. In morning after stool passing one can do a massage on whole body with TIL oil OR Musturd oil.

    By doing a massage skin becomes soft, bright & the blood circulation system works properly in our body.

    A report of Heart foundation of India says that oil massage creative in our body a chemical of vasoactive intestinal polypeptide its improves blood circulation & also increase immunity.

  3. After doing the massage one should go for doing a exercise, rope jumping, joging, ASANA etc…..
    BATH :…………………
    A person should taking a bath by using a herbal powder (NEEM, CHANDAN, TURMERIC, SAFFRON, GRAM POWDER, MASUR POWDER, VALO, KESUDO)

    MIND EXERCISE :…….
    PRANAYAM, Meditation, prayer all these exercises can be done by the fully consciousness mind.

    LIGHT BREAK FAST :.....
    Dates, Gram, Almond, Walnut, Growing beans fruits, can be taken acc. to the digestive power of the person.

Female & the students must be takes a walnut 3 to 5 no daily. In walnut the Omega-3 Fatty acid should be there be there & this acid can be acts in our whole body joints. By this acid the excess collegen proteins can not be collected in joints & for students it can be very useful to increasing the memory power.

NOON :

Lunch : We people can intake the food for sustaining our body.

There is a one slogan for our digestive system which can be given in Bhagwat Geeta.

During the time of taking food first of all one can seat properly & silently than see the dish in which you can taking a food & also see the each & every substances of food which can be served in your dish than pray to “GOD” for 1 to 2 minutes & 1st drink a 1/4th glass of water. Then starts to taking you food with very peacefully & very conciousnessly. During the time of taking food one can chew the each morsal twenty to thirty times.

After taking half food you can take a half glass of water for drinking. After drinking water you can take your remaining food.

A person can divided the digestive power (JATHARAGNI) in to 3 parts.

  1. 2 Parts for Food
  2. 1 Part for Water
  3. 1 Part for Air

After taking a food one should go for a walking or doing a VAJRASAN for 5-10 minutes. If necessary than one should go for doing a VAMAKUSHI (SLEEPING ON LEFT SIDE) just for 30 minutes only.

Evening :

During the time of 3.00 to 4.00 p.m. in evening a person should takes a juice of different fruits, Tea, Coffea & also taking a light diet food, fruits.

Night Dinner  :

At present life we people can living our lifestyle too much fastly & in too much hurry. Due to this reason we can take our night dinner too much late & it’s a very harmful to the human mankind. One should not takes a heavy diet during the late night. One should takes a light diet in the dinner. If one can takes a food in between 8.00 to 8.30 p.m. than it is too much good for person’s health & also good for person’s digestive system.

For being a healthy body the JAIN religious people always following the “CHOVIYAR”. After 10.00 p.m. even animals also can not takes the food & we people can takes food after 10.00 p.m. also. So by this example we people can think that who is living a good & healthy life style ?

At the sleeping time one should takes a one glass of warm milk by adding the two teaspoons of cow ghee.

Then after one should go for a prayer, doing meditation & go for sleep.

At present  time the sacred soul wants to take a birth on this earth but they can’t get the adequate couple.

In India there were so many holy soul was born like a Vir Shivajee, Meerabai, SHANKARACHARYA, Maharana Pratap, Swami Vivekanand, Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Patel, Vinoba Bhave, Sri Aurbindo, Narsinh Mehta, Veer Savarkar, Ahalyabai, & bravo Rani Lakshmi bai, These all holy (sages) are not born today.

So we can take a essencive food, think always positively & live always naturally & very happy & peacefully life.

The coming generation will must be read a good literature, research books. They can’t see the Television, can’t see the bad serials which comes on Televison.

A person never eats a junk food never chew a GUTAKA, TOBACCO never drinks whisky, wine, cold drinks & never takes outside food.
