PURVA - KARMA :
Before doing PANCHAKARMA the purvakarma must be given to the person.
- DIPAN – APPETITE
- PACHAN-DIGESTIVE
SNEHAN :
INTERNAL OLETION :
The Ayurvedic Drugs, medicated oil & ghee should be given to person by examine the person’s digestive power. It can given to person for drinking acc to dose.
EXTERNAL OLETION :
Medicated oil, Herbal powder, Panchamrut applied over the body & massage should be given. By this treatment skin becomes smooth, lightable. It also gives good effects in Nervous system, disorders, also in VATAJA disorders & the body becomes healthy.
SWEDAN (FORMENTATION) :
It can gives to person by some Ayurvedic drugs. These drugs should be mixed with water & the steam of the medicated water can be given only on the affected part of the body. And it can be given on whole body.
BENEFITS :
It gives nourishment to the skin. It also gives good benefits in VATAJA disorders, KAPHAJA disorders, releives joints pain, paralysis, Facial paralysis, sciatica, Parkinson’s, obesity. After delivery in ladies the problems of distention of abdomen, buttucks & also in Thigh obesity.
VAMAN : (INDUCED VOMITING, EMESIS THERAPY)
This treatment should considered as the “SHODHAN” therapy of the human body. By this treatment the vitiated DOSHA (VATA, PITTA & KAPHA) Vitiated seven DHATUS (RASA, RAKTA, MAMSA, MEDA, ASTHI, MAJJA & SUKAR) & The vitiated MALA of the body should remove. It can be done by giving a Ayurvedic peya. It is best treatment for “KAPHAJA ROGA”
VIRECHAN : (INDUCED PURGATION)
This therapy is also should be considered as “SHODHAN” therapy in Ayurveda, The VIRECHAN therapy should be considered as best treatment for “PITTAJA ROGA” in Ayurvedic science. For this treatment medicated ghee or some Ayurvedic medicine should be given.
BASTI : (ENEMA)
Ayurveda considered the BASTI Rx as “ARDHA CHIKITSA” of the all diseases. It is considered as the good treatment for “VATAJA ROGA”. These Rx should given in sciatica, Lumbar pain, Arthritis, IBS, Ulcerative collities & also in all “VATAJA VYADHI”
TYPES OF BASTI :-

It can be given by using only medicated oil. |
| NIRUHA : (ASTHAPAN) : |
It is giving to person by using a medicated quath + oil. Only Medicated quath also given in this BASTI. |
| MATRA BASTI : |
In this type of BASTI only oil should be given daily. |
| KARMA BASTI : |
In KARMA BASTI the 30 BASTI given for 30 dyas (Each day 1 BASIT can be given) |
| KALA BASTI : |
In KALA BASTI totally 16 BASTI can be given. (Each day 1 BASIT can be given) |
| YOGA BASIT : |
In this BASTI totally 8 BASTI should be given. (Each day 1 BASIT can be given) |
| UTTAR BASTI : |
The UTTAR BASTI gives a good result in GYNACOLOGICAL DISORDER in a FEMALE. It can also be given to a MALE. In FEMALE it can be given through vagina and uterus. In male It can be given through a penis. It can gives a good result in INFERTILITY DISEASE. |
| MALE DISORDERS : |
FOR SEMEN DISEASES :- Varicosel, Azoospermia, Oligospermia. |
| FEMALE DISORDERS : |
FOR Leucorrhoea, P.C.O.S., Ovulation disorders, Endometrium problems, Ulcers of the UTERUS. |
| BRUHAMAN BASTI : |
It can be given for Nourishes the body. It is called as NUTRITIONAL ENEMA It is also useful for providing a nutrition for some selected condition. It can be given by using a warm milk, Ghee, Honey, Bone Marrow soup, Blood etc… substance should be given by seeing a condition of the diseases. |
| JANU BASTI : |
It can be given over the knee joint. |
| GRIVA BASTI : |
It can be given on back side of the neck. |
| KATI BASTI : |
It can be given on back side of Lumber region. |
| URO BASTI : |
It can be given on the front side over the chest. |
| SHIRO BASTI : |
It can be given on the over the head (Skull)
The BASTI treatment can be gives by using a warm Medicated oil. |

It can be beneficial in swelling, stiffness & also gives a relief in pain. |
NASYA KARMA : (Acc to Ayurveda)
It means that the NOSE is the considered as the “GATE OF THE HEAD”.
In this therapy the medicated oil or Ghee should be administered in the two NOSTRILLS.
It can be very important & useful treatment in all types of SHIRO ROGA, MIGRAINE. For EYE DISODERS, HAIR PROBLEMS, ALLERGIC RHINITIS, ALLERGIC SINUSITIS, ALLERGIC COUGH & COLD etc…..
AKSHI TARPAN :
It is a most useful treatment for all types of EYS DISEASES, REDNESS OF EYES, CATARACT, NYCTALOPIA etc…..
SHIRO DHARA :
It is very beneficial in all MENTAL DISEASES, DEPRESSION, MENTALLY STRESS, STRAIN, SLEEPLESSNESS, NEUROTIC DEPRESSION, HAIR FALLING.
It can be done over the skull & also over the forehead.
It is done by using a medicated oil, ghee, butter milk, & also done by PANCHAMARUT.
